Storyline

Mean Girls director Mark Waters's comedy is set in a school that trains peaceable Moroi vampires and their half-vampire Dhampir guardians. The story centres around vampire princess Lissa (Lucy Fry) and her bodyguard and best friend Rose. Olga Kurylenko, Danila Kozlovsky, Gabriel Byrne, Sarah Hyland, Joely Richardson, Cameron Monaghan, Claire Foy and Ashley Charles also star in the film. Richelle Mead's novel series was adapted by Heathers writer Daniel Waters.

Vampire Academy will open in the US on February 14 and in the UK on February 19.
